+ from TJ's Kids.com, Christine Chow wrote:  I just purchased this stroller as a secondary stroller. I wanted something that was light, quick and small. After reviewing a few light-weight strollers at tj\'s, the staff member suggested this stroller to me. I was very impressed at how compact and easy it was to fold up or to open. Best of all, it fit my infant carrier! Great product with a sale price! I was extremely excited that I could have my trunk space back using this stroller. I think I could even fit 6 of these in my trunk now! Buy this product!!!

+ from TJ's Kids.com, Heather Eccles; wrote: I love this stroller!!!! It has a great suspension system that allows me to 'bounce' my cranky baby when walking! The basket is rather small and sometimes hard to reach but other than that everything is great! Good size sunshade, small base makes it easy to steer (not hit store rack bases!), and it is super light and folds up small!!!!

+ from TJ's Kids.com, Angel Bouwsema; wrote: We have been using this stroller for about 2.5 months and it's an excellent little lightweight stroller that is great for the malls or walks around the neighborhood. The recline is quite deep for a compact stroller of this style. I love that my Graco Snugride snaps into this one, allowing it to offer a feature that only full size strollers offer. The sunshade is also pretty generous. I would say the only drawbacks is the lack of a "peek-a-boo" window on the shade, and the storage basket is not very large, or easy to access when baby is in the deepest recline.

+ from TJ's Kids.com, Jessica Jones wrote:  I must echo what others have posted here. This stroller is absolutely incredible for the price. We also purchased this stroller to be a secondary stroller (i.e. the one we leave in the car to use in the mall) but we have used it for many more trips than that because we fell in love with it after we bought it. It is really lightweight and folds up incredibly compact, which is perfect for the truck of our small car.

It maneuvers extremely well -- can turn on a dime. The ride itself is smooth, the suspension makes it so my baby isn't rattled around too much, and the stroller is so quiet. Prior to this we only used a gigantic Graco stroller which always rattles and creaks like crazy, even just over a sidewalk. I really need to emphasize that the rain cover that is included is INCREDIBLE. I spent $20 on a Graco rain cover for aforementioned stroller, and it doesn't even fit as well as the free one does with this stroller. It's a heavy duty vinyl and kept my daughter completely dry when I got soaked after a 25 minute walk in a downpour.

I cannot rate this stroller as perfect because what I perceive as flaws can't really be ignored or overlooked as trivial, they are really annoying. When you pull the canopy all the way out, it is wide open on both sides, making it possible for sunlight to blare in pretty much at any angle. Because the wheels are 100% smooth (bald?), it has trouble turning on smooth floors if it had been standing still -- ironically annoying because we bought this stroller to use primarily indoors. It is essentially impossible to push or steer the stroller with one hand -- perhaps typical of all double-cane handle strollers -- but compound this problem with the fact that there is no cup holder, makes it even more ironic that we like to take this stroller to the mall where we are almost always carrying a drink (hot or otherwise). The storage basket is small and inconvenient to access when the seat is reclined but to be honest, I didn't buy this little stroller to run major errands around the city.

+ from TJ's Kids.com, Elizabeth Pechter wrote: We purchased this stroller to take to Europe as well as to use as our second stroller. At the time of purchase our son was 5 mo old. Overall what I do love about this stroller is that it is very easy to steer (although need 2 hands), that technically it is car-seat compatible (see below), and that it is very lightweight and easy to fold. It does have a decent size basket, however it is difficult to access when the seat is fully reclined. Good 5 pt harness, and does recline quite far (almost flat). What really annoyed me about this product was that both the Guzzie and Guss website, as well as the TJs website/salesperson all said this stroller was compatible with the Peg Perego SIP Viaggio infant carseat, however when you open the stroller packaging it clearly states that it is only compatible with the Graco Snugride. We did try the carseat, however it wasn't perfect and one side of the carseat would slip so that it didn't sit flat (was crooked). We ended up jury-rigging it (installing non-slip rubber to metal frame to prevent slipping) so that it did work, but only for short distances on flat surfaces (no cobblestone streets). Other than that one issue we've been very happy with this stroller.

+ from TJ's Kids.com, ; wrote: We bought the GUGU 101 as our secondary / travel stroller mostly because of the size. It is quite compact when folded, light and easy to fold / unfold. I love that you just need to click a few things to unfold without stepping on anything or bending down. The things that would make it a \"perfect\" stroller would be a peek-a-boo window, pocket behind the canopy and maybe a bigger/more accessible storage basket.

I wasn't sure because you guys were relatively new and there weren't too many reviews but I'm glad I did. It went on 18 airplanes, beaches, zoos, hikes and everywhere else. My son even used it as his bed in hotel rooms. The only small criticism I have is that the basket is quite small and hard to access when the stroller is reclined.

+ from Toys'R'Us.ca: Jill the busy mom wrote: This stroller is such a great find. If you are looking for a stroller comparable to the high end variety, this will surprise you as it is half the price of the "designer" strollers on the market. The instant bassinet is perfect if your little one likes to sleep on outings. The stroller is easy to assemble and easy to fold up and put in the trunk. It is not as heavy as some of the strollers out there. I love the large air filled tires because I go on a lot of nature walks so it can go over bumps with ease.

The only thing bad that I can say about it is that there is no cup holder as I like to bring my water with me on my walks. It would also be helpful if Babies R Us sold the car seat adapter as I had to buy mine from another retailer. If you have the infant car seat, I highly recommend that you purchase the car seat adapter.
Other than a few minor inconveniences, this stroller is by far the nicest one I have tried and I looked at a lot of strollers out there! I am so proud of it and I like that it is a Canadian company that manufactures it. If you would like a nice looking stroller that can be used for many years, this is the one for you. 4/5 stars.

+ from Toys'R'Us.ca: soomama wrote: This stroller is very sturdy and has a lot of great features you find in the more expensive strollers. I originally looked at more expensive stroller brands but thought this was the best value for the money. The person who sold us this stroller said Guzzie and Guss is a "knock off" company who copies other big stroller companies but we did not care about that. In fact, it is nice since you get all the great features. I like the idea of supporting this Canadian company - let's just hope it holds up!

The toddler seat can convert into a bassinet which is a great feature (although I don't love that the clips hang down and are visible in bassinette mode -I got over it though). I prefer this feature over a separate bassinet because after a few months, it would be sitting in our basement adding to the clutter anyway.

Has a smooth, sturdy ride with nice tires good for different terrain and snow. It is also super simple to fold and unfold which was a must for me. I also like that it can stand up once folded. I am petite and this is pretty easy for me to manage. It is not light but comparable to other strollers of its kind.

I am really pleased with this stroller but didn't give 5 stars because nothing is perfect.

+ from TJ's Kids.com: Kelly Ringstad wrote: We bought this stroller 4 months ago after researching strollers for months (we had a hand-me-down Peg Perego that had pros and cons). Overall we are very happy with it. Our daughter is 11 months now so we didn\'t get to really use the bassinet feature much (she refuses to sleep if we are out-and-about) but it will be great for baby #2. We love the all-in-one seat/bassinet feature, the reversible seat, smooth ride, huge canopy, light to push, short turn radius/length for smaller stores or supermarket aisles, decent basket size, the extras that come with it (foot muff, rain cover), and that it fits in my Jetta trunk (wheels in first) much better than the Peg Perego (only takes up a little more than half of the trunk). The only downsides are that it is a bit heavy to lift into the trunk (would have been difficult for a while after delivery), the handlebar doesn\'t quite go low enough for me (I\'m 5\'2\"), and when the seat is facing mom it is difficult to access the storage basket - but these are minor considering all the other features. This stroller was the only one that had all of these features other than the Bugaboos but for about half of the cost (plus the Bugaboo\'s seats don\'t switch into the bassinet mode, they are a separate bassinet). Highly recommended.

Amie Philips Foster wrote on guzzie+Guss' Facebook page,  Hi! I just wanted to praise you. I own a GUGU 102 and I live in the "snow belt" area of Ontario. We recently had a HUGE snowstorm and today I took my first trip into town after being storm-stayed for three days. The GUGU 102 was amazing on the snowy sidewalks! Thanks for making such an awesome stroller. xoxo
